stayed back aft sch on fri 28th Mar 2008...trained for sports heats and played soccer too... scored a total of two goals...a header and a snatch shot...snatched and shoot...wadeva it is...=.=... then went into e field to see e javelin practice....went in just in time to see Mr Liu Kong Kai make a throw...he is damn pro...e spear was spinning when released...and it went straight into e ground...a perfect throw, i would say...and 大人 had his spear struck e ground for e 1st time... hope he can win a position @ sports day...then there's e bad weather...nothing to do le except playing hp games...stikman then suggested a training for my run...this is how it goes: i had to run one round around e sch compound within a time limit...then e time gets shorter and shorter...and i clashed into a NCC kid @ a corner...WTF...and i overshot e time limit by more then 10 secs... sianz....5.30pm le...went home...took bus...reach home...took a bath...had dinner...gamed...sleep... and this is yet another day @ sch...

sports heats is on monday...hope i can win e 4x400m relay....agnst sec4...minimised chances.. but there's still hope...new class..and hopefully new results...
